Beyond the March for Science

Sponsored by: Action Together Connecticut - New Haven

Last year, the March for Science focused on mobilizing scientists and the public in support of evidence-based policies. This year, we want to dive deeper and provide a space for dialogue between scientists and community members around scientific issues.

You will be able to hear selections from the Yale Science Diplomats “Science in the News” series of talks, TED style talks on the science behind Connecticut’s greatest challenges, and a format to “Ask Scientists Anything”. Join us to participate in and learn from science demonstrations that illustrate how science is part of your everyday. Organizations will be there to offer ways you can become involved in their efforts to elevate the use of evidence in policymaking.
