About the Instructor
Heidi is the owner and director of Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven. She has studied Yoga for 15 years and taught for 8. Heidi is a Forrest Yoga Mentor, she completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings and has assisted Ana in her national workshops and teacher trainings.
