The selected title is the author’s compelling fiction debut. Inspired by her original family memoirs, this absorbing story introduces us to the spirited Sarah Prine, one of the most memorable women ever to survive and prevail in the Arizona Territory of the late 1800’s. Sarah’s struggles with work and home, love and responsibility reasonate with those every woman still faces today. Multiple copies of the book are available at the circulation desk. Participants are asked to bring a sandwich and a friend as they “chat the chew.” Dessert and beverages will be provided. Registration is requested.
