Living with Coyotes

Sponsored by: Milford Public Library

The eastern coyotes are being seen more frequently across Milford.  Steve Johnson, Milford’s Open Space and Natural Resource Agent, will share a CT DEEP Master Wildlife Conservationist presentation about the coyote habitat and their life.
Learn about their natural history, diet, and breeding habits.  Are they a threat to people and pets? What benefits do coyotes provide?  Tips will be shared to help prevent conflicts with coyotes.
  Learn why eastern coyotes are now part of the wildlife living on our landscape.

  What have we learned from the coyotes living nearby?

The talk will be held at the Milford Public Library, Tuesday, January 23rd at 7:00 p.m.  All are welcome to this free presentation.  In case of heavy snow,  the presentation will be held on January 30.  Please call 203.783.3292 in case of inclement weather.
