Details | The Meister Eckhart Center at Albertus Magnus College is pleased to co-sponsor this event with the New Haven Coalition for Active Transportation. This event is part of Meister Eckhart Center’s Laudato Si’ Action Plan initiative to cultivate a culture of sustainability on the Albertus Magnus College campus and in New Haven. Jody Rosen, a contributing writer for New York Times Magazine, will discuss his book Two Wheels Good: The History and Mystery of the Bicycle. He explores the many ways in which the bicycle has influenced culture, politics, and daily life since its invention in 1817.
