About the Instructor:
Roxie Perregau, a National Board Certified Health Coach and fitness specialist with 27 years of experience, is the owner of Healthy Moves. Roxie works with individuals 55 – 90 years old to help them enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. Her focus, as she partners with seniors, is on healthy food choices, fun movement through everyday activities and purposeful flexibility practices.
