Details | Celebrating 15 years of being a Nonviolence Training Leader in the state, CTCN is honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by hosting a multi-layered event, featuring musicians, poets, speakers, activists and artists from across the state. Including: Khaiim Kelly ‑RaPoet, Shanna T. Melton, Poet/Artist, Dr. Arthur Romano, Author, Youth from CREC Greater Hartford Arts Academy High School (GHAA), Hartford Activists, Pastor James Lane and Warren Hardy and from New Haven, Pastor John Lewis. Victoria Christgau, CTCN’s Founder/Executive Director, recipient of the State of CT, Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission’s 2023 Social Justice Leadership Award will host the event. Other presenters include: CT Murals/RisUp, Nate Barnes and Universal Sounds and Actor, Jazmin JeanBaptiste.
