Details This comprehensive workshop covers all aspects of menopause including biology and anatomy, wellness, psychology, and in-depth knowledge of diet and nutrition. It will take you through a journey of self-discovery as we embrace the mechanics and emotions of menopause together, in a fun and uplifting way.

Join your host Nathalie Bonafé, PhD, former Biomedical Research Scientist at NIH, Yale Medical School and Biotech, turned Women’s Health Advocate and Menopause Doula, Menopause Cafe Facilitator and Licensed Menopause Champion with Menopause Expert.

Special guests include Mary Jane Minkin, MD, highly regarded OB-GYN, Yale Clinical Professor and Menopause Specialist, and Coach Lyle and Britt, Personal Trainers at District Athletic Club.

This special event will take place in the vibrant, spacious, and inspiring DISTRICT COWORK New Haven located at 470 James Street (Main Entrance 000).

Throughout the day you will learn with like-minded people, make friends and enjoy the company of those best equipped to answer your questions, and help you feel more in control of what is happening.
