| Details | The 2023 Marcum LLP and GNHCC Regional Real Estate and Construction Forecast, presented by Regional Water Authority, will highlight the top real estate trends and projects within the Greater New Haven region. The event takes place on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 4pm to 7pm at the Woodwinds, located at 29 Schoolground Rd, Branford, CT 06405. We will provide an outlook for economic growth in our region and a distinguished panel of developers will share updates about projects already underway. Event attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the region’s economic development community during a cocktail and networking reception. Alexandra Daum, Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, among a panel of industry experts, will provide an outlook into Connecticut’s strategies for growing the state’s economy. A panel of developers, moderated by John McCarthy, CPA, Partner at Marcum LLP, will share insights into the apartment boom happening in the region. The panel will discuss projects underway, impacts on regional housing, and more. The panel includes Frank Caico, Vice President of Development for Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, Randy Salvatore, CEO of RMS Companies, Darrell Brooks, CEO of Beulah Land Development Corporation, and more. Anne Benowitz, Vice President of Economic Development and Workforce Initiatives for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, will provide a regional economic development update. Developers and municipalities will also highlight major projects throughout the region.
