Paella is the traditional Spanish dish cooked and served in one rustic pan, the well-known representative of Spanish cuisine that comes in various forms and represents the bounty of the harvest season. Barcelona Wine Bar is hosting a dueling paella cook-off event to celebrate the season as two Executive Chefs, Misha Ryklin and Nick Souza, will each prepare and serve their own versions of the Spanish staple in a dramatic cook-off. Guests will sample each paella and then vote to crown the winner. The social and immersive experience also includes an array of paired wines and tapas to go along with the paellas. Each $65 ticket also includes two drink tickets and includes tax and gratuity.
