Details | In this two and a half hour walk along the roads and trails of East Rock Park in New Haven, learn to identify clues to the geologic past of this site in the Central Valley of Connecticut by studying signs of volcanism, sedimentation and erosion and how they relate to continental movements and glacial advances and retreats over the past 200 million years. Dressing in layers and sturdy footwear are recommended. |
