| Details | The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce is hosting Connecticut’s premier business to business expo, the Big Connect, presented by Comcast Business. This year’s theme is: Taking it to the Next Level: Elevate Your Game from Good to Great. The expo takes place in person on Wednesday, November 15th from 7am to 4:30pm at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale located at 155 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510. The expo is free and open to the public. Businesses will showcase their products and services in person to hundreds of leading executives and business professionals from all over the state. Attendees will learn more about how to elevate their strategies for business success as they hear from visionaries, leaders, and experts. New this year is the Big Connect’s first ever Career Elevation Room, a dedicated space that will feature resume reviews, career counseling, and professional headshots. The exhibitor floor will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of businesses and experience new technologies, products, and solutions to advance their business and career. In the morning, the 7th Annual Nonprofit Stars Align Awards Breakfast will celebrate the success of the nonprofit community. A variety of workshops and panel discussions will take place throughout the day, delving into topics such as artificial intelligence, clean energy upgrades, branding and marketing, starting and growing your business, and more. The event focuses on topics and strategies that matter to business professionals and to businesses that are looking for new ways to leverage their connections and resources. A Women’s Power Panel will cover the topic, “Unleashing Your Superpower for Business Success,” moderated by WTNH Co-Anchor, Laura Hutchinson. For the first time ever, the expo will feature a small business support panel delivered in the Spanish language. The 15th Annual Big Taste will feature menu specialties from over 15 restaurants and caterers from the Greater New Haven region. The Big Taste is $20 per person and pre-registration is required.
