Details Massaro Community Farm is pleased to launch its Sustainable Nutrition Series. These monthly workshops will incorporate the rhythms of the farm season in covering aspects of organic and regenerative growing methods for your home garden, using food and herbs as medicine and cooking instruction. The series is conducted by season — Winter, Spring/Summer and Fall. Registration includes participation in 3 workshops. 
February 10 — Symbiotic Soil; understanding soil components and making your own amendments
March 9 — An introduction to Food as Medicine; plus harvesting tree sap and teas from trees
April 13 — In the Kitchen: Sourdough — the probiotic and prebiotic benefits to the gut of naturally fermented foods
