| Details | In honor of Black History Month, Hamden Art League will host via Zoom art historian Bob Potter. His ZOOM presentation, “Power and Remembrance: Reclaiming Black Lives Through Art,” will explore the art and lives of African American artists Romare Bearden, Amy Sherald, Kerry James Marshall, and Kehinde Wiley. This lecture will explore the art and lives of these artists and how they create powerful images of the black experience in history, popular culture and American Life.
