Details The Hamden Art League will host printmaker Marianne Wittink at 7 PM on March 12, 2024 as she demonstrates and explains how she reuses old prints to create new collage pieces in Prints: Re-imagined and Revived with Collage”. Marian Wittink experiments with color, size and composition. She finds her inspiration in the beauty of nature that surrounds her. This creative process expresses her passion, spontaneity and flexibility as shown in her work. I have found a true sense of healing through a blend of meditative yoga and printmaking. I continue to explore, while pushing the boundaries with mono-type, mixed media and collage.” Marian Wittink has exhibited in many places locally.
