Details | Is your meditation practice feeling stagnant or stuck? Anyone who meditates will experience challenges such as boredom, doubt, lack of motivation, and more. Developing and supporting consistent practice is not easy! Paula designed this course for those who have an existing meditation practice or who wish to reboot a current or vaguely existing practice. Explore ways to work with those feelings of restlessness, avoidance, and physical discomfort, to cultivate the potential for a deeper and more consistent practice. While our focus will be on the actual practices of meditation, there will be discussions on how to work with thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations during meditation as you practice developing the ability to stay grounded regardless of internal and external distractions. |
