Patti Walker’s 40+ year journey as the CEO of Continuum of Care has been nothing short of extraordinary, and as she retires, we believe her legacy deserves a celebration that echoes the transformative impact she has had on tens of thousands of lives. When Patti assumed the role of CEO for Continuum of Care, she faced the challenge of managing just one house, New Haven’s first Halfway House, with just 13 clients in her charge. Today, under Patti’s visionary leadership, Continuum has evolved into one of Connecticut’s largest and most comprehensive residential and support services for individuals dealing with mental illness and intellectual disabilities.
