| Details | Join author Patrick Scalisi and artist Valerie Ruby-Omen for a talk about their award-winning book, Connecticut Cryptids. Pat and Val did extensive research on creature folklore from throughout the state. They’ll explain the concepts of “cryptozoology” and “cryptids,” followed by a live storytelling session on the chapter specific to New Haven (yes, there are cryptids lurking around New Haven!). There will also be time for questions and a chance to purchase signed books and prints from the creators. |
