On Sunday October 13, 2024 from 11 – 4pm the public is invited to a Fall Soiree & Open Studio event at the estate of the late sculptor and printmaker William Kent (1919 – 2012) located at 269 Howd Rd, Durham, Connecticut. The property houses over 500 large-scale carved wood sculptures and thousands of prints created 1949 – 2012. Kent was a driven, wildly prolific artist whose vast body of work over six decades can only begin to be understood when seen in person.
