When old friends Sue Rollins and Maria Markham’s paths crossed again earlier this year, they found a great commonality in the work they were producing. The result of that reconnection is ALTERED LANDSCAPES, a collaboration by the two artists that presents a statement about climate change and how we might all work together to save our planet. The exhibit is on view at City Gallery from December 6 — December 28, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, December 7, 4 – 6 p.m. and an Artists Talk on Sunday, December 15, 2 – 3 p.m. Free and open to the public. City Gallery is located at 994 State Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Gallery hours are Friday — Sunday, 12 p.m. — 4 p.m., or by appointment.
