Participants ranging from 5 to 103 years old, coming together to create art that can be enjoyed by all. Rashmi Talpade is a professional artist with a Fine Arts degree from Bombay, specializing in painting and photography. She exhibited her works statewide as well as New York, New Mexico and India. |
