*Jay Lawrie, Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Albertus Magnus College
*Andrew Clark, Director, Institute for Municipal and Regional Policy at the University of Connecticut
*Respondent: Nicole Negron, Corrections Officer, CT Department of Corrections, and student in the Albertus Criminal Justice Program
