| Details | Join Building Neighborhoods Together for a free workshop designed to help you improve your credit, build savings, and put you on the path to first-time homeownership. We’ll cover how to access down payment assistance, affordable mortgage programs, and other resources. A representative from Santander will also join us to share insights on banking products and understanding credit. It’s our business to help people become homeowners — last year, we helped more than 150 households purchase their first home. We offer free classes, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on credit, credit repair, first-time homeownership, foreclosure and eviction prevention, rental, and post-purchase counseling. We serve approximately 2,300 adults and 2,200 youth across Connecticut each year. |
