| Details | Join Lynn Peterson and Kate Sutter of SYREN Modern Dance, and Alexis Robbins of kamrDANCE for a beginner friendly, community, adult dance class. In this workshop we will use different modalities from modern dance to connect our brains and our bodies and find playfulness within different rhythms. This workshop is open to all adults with any amount of dance experience but will be geared towards beginners or anyone looking to find joy and ease within movement amongst fellow New Haven community members. FREE! Monday, February 2nd, 6 – 7 PM NXTHVN: 169 Henry Street, New Haven, CT Class will be held at NXTHVN in the third-floor loft studio. When you enter the building, go up the ramp to your right, then take the elevator and go to the third floor. NXTHVN has free street parking along Henry Street. This free workshop offering coincides with creative residencies for both SYREN Modern Dance and kamrDANCE at NXTHVN while they work on their respective, upcoming creative endeavors. |
