Eddie Hall will showcase his techniques and materials for creating art on glass surfaces, including reclaimed windows, thrifted picture frames, and recycled mirrors. He’ll demonstrate painting on these surfaces using acrylic paints, artists tape, and additional materials like gesso, transparent mediums, and metallic leaf. Eddie’s presentation will also delve into his overall process, inspirations for his work compositions and colors, and strategies for handling mistakes. He hopes that by sharing his process and the possibilities of painting on glass, he’ll encourage more people to see the potential in windows, frames, and mirrors and start to see them at every art show.
