Details In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn and practice essential bleeding control techniques that can save a life in the critical moments before emergency responders arrive. Knowing how to stop severe bleeding is a vital skill for any emergency, and this training provides the practical experience needed to act with confidence.

What to Expect
Expect a focused training session led by a certified instructor. The class includes step-by-step demonstrations on recognizing life-threatening injuries and the proper application of direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets. Participants will spend the majority of the session in supervised hands-on practice using medical training equipment to ensure they can apply these techniques effectively.

• Proper technique for applying a tourniquet
