Details The Leslie P. and George H. Hume American Furniture Study Center, at the Yale West Campus Collection Studies Center, is designed for comparative looking. Join Patricia E. Kane, Friends of American Arts Curator of American Decorative Arts, for a consideration of three high chests made in different regional centers of the early United States. She guides participants in an evaluation of their design, choice of materials, and construction to illuminate the craft practices of American cabinetmakers.
