| Details | Field to Fork is a project to bring locally sourced produce to our plates here in New Haven. On September 5th, we are partnering with Chef Tanya Kewal of the Kamla Rose Collective to bring you “A Labor of Love” hosted at NXTHVN. This will be a fun, casual, family style dinner with 5 courses (vegetarian, meat, and fish options available) highlighting fresh produce from our local farm partners. Expect dishes like charred local flank steak with corn chimichurri or an eggplant and heirloom tomato pasta. The dinner is limited in capacity so we are selling tickets in advance for $45/each. To reserve a spot, please email thekamlarosecollective@gmail.com and we will get you on our list. The event is at 6:30pm at 169 Henry St, New Haven and will be BYOB.
