SAY NO TO A STRIP CLUB IN JOCELYN SQUARE NEIGHBORHOOD

Mon Mar 7 , 4 – 5 pm

Hosted by Friends of Jocelyn Square Park
Details Peter Forchetti, known for a history of owning unsafe establishments, wants to put an ALL-NIGHT LAS VEGAS STYLESTRIP CLUB at 203 Wallace Street, one block from Jocelyn Square Park.
OPERATING FROM 11 PM TOAM, THIS CLUB WOULD
• Bring in hundreds of patrons from outside the area to take up already scarce parking spaces and spill out, after hours of drinking, onto the streets and into the park
• Increase all-night noise
• Increase traffic and dangerous driving down Walnut Street
• Make our neighborhood less safe and pleasant for all of us who live here
Many of us have signed petitions against this. At a public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, February 8, neighbors testified strongly in opposition. On Tuesday, March 8, the Board will make its final decision.
THIS IS OUR HOME. IT’S NOT LAS VEGAS.
LET’S SPEAK OUT TOGETHER ONCE AGAIN BEFORE THE FINAL DECISION IS MADE AND TAKE ACTION TO HELP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!
