Children 4 years old + and their caregivers are welcome to join us at Plumb Memorial Library as we host SCSU makerspace librarian, Kevin Redline as he instructs children on how to use Makey Makey’s to test whether different objects conduct electricity. Children will also play an Operation-style game and discuss what electricity is. This program is generously funded by Southern CT State University. Only children need to register by calling (203)924‑1580 ext. 5108 or by visiting Facebook Page: Miss Maura’s Programs through the program link. Caregivers must remain with their children for the program duration.
