| Details | Mark your calendars and please join us on Saturday, June 3, from 10 am to 3 pm for our annual fundraising event, A Chance to Shine, at Quarry Walk in Oxford, CT. Our goal this year is $250,000 and we can only get there with your help! A Chance to Shine will raise funds and awareness for all our life-saving programs and build a better tomorrow for the more than 14,000 adults, children, and families we serve who are struggling with mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and other health-risk behaviors. We kick off with A Walk to Remember Lori Jackson, which will honor Lori, who lost her life to domestic violence. Along with remembering Lori, we are inviting participants and teams to walk in memory or honor of loved ones who survived or sadly lost their lives to domestic violence, mental health or substance use issues. The day continues with a community celebration that will include live music, a kids’ bike parade, touch-a-truck, lawn games, raffles, a silent auction, and more! |
