Tips for Memory with Dr. Wendy Hurwitz

Details The Seymour Library welcomes again Dr. Wendy Hurwitz – author, researcher and a graduate of Yale University of Medicine. The doctor is an expert in two fields – Mind/Body Medicine and Energy Medicine with a forthcoming book on stress.
Dr. Hurwitz will lead an in person talk on how to create a better memory. Recent studies from the Sanford University suggest that techniques used by memory athletes can be taught, learned and create changes in the brain that enhance memory skills. She will teach by easy-to-use strategies how to use this research into something that will help strengthening and developing your own memory to become more organized, confident and creative.
