| Details | DIGGING INTO BOOKS Come Dig through Prairie Dog books at the Derby Public Library to find zoo prizes! June 15th from 10:00 – 1:00 (or until all prizes have been located) Children and their families are invited to search through books on Prairie Dogs, both fiction and non-fiction, in our Children’s Room! Find a special card and peel to reveal your prize provided by the Beardsley Zoo. We’ll have a Prairie Dog craft/art project and other activities. No registration required. Drop in and have fun. Prizes include… Family memberships, animal adoption kits, discounts at the Beardsley Zoo gift shop, soft serve ice cream cones, carousel rides and more!
