Details | Seymour Library is hosting a series of free adult cooking classes with The Food Explorers. The cooking classes are to combine sound nutrition with appetizing and flavorful foods in new palatable combinations. The supplies to make the meal are supplied by the Library. Today’s in person class from The Food Explorers will be learning how to make a ramen bowl. The class will learn how to combine vegetables, noodles and broth together to make something nutritious yet tasty and light enough for a late summer meal. The bowls are easily customable and affordable to make at home. More information about this in person food classes can be found by calling the Library at 203 – 888-3903. Registration is required for this program which can be done in person, by calling the Library or by emailing sgarvey@biblio.org. To attend the cooking class one must be older than 18 years old. This project is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Service and Technology Act, administrated by the Connecticut State Library. |
