Adult Cooking Class with Vegetables: Learn to Make Savory Spring Rolls with The Food Explorers - Full

Details Seymour Library is hosting a series of free adult cooking classes with The Food Explorers. The cooking class’ goal is to combine sound nutrition with appetizing and flavorful foods in new palatable combinations. The supplies to make the meal are supplied by the Library.

Today’s in person cooking class for The Food Explorers will be making savory spring rolls. Spring rolls can be made in multiple ways with diverse vegetables and proteins and combined with a dipping sauce can be used as a starter or main course of a light meal.

More information about this in person food classes can be found by calling the Library at 203 – 888-3903. Registration is required for this program which can be done in person, by calling the Library or by emailing sgarvey@biblio.org. To attend the cooking class one must be 18 or older. This project is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Service and Technology Act, administrated by the Connecticut State Library.
