| Details | Take Your Child to the Library Day is an informal celebration every year on the first Saturday of February, encouraging families across CT to visit their local libraries. This is a great opportunity to meet your local librarian, become familiar with the space, and find out just how much your library has to offer. Most libraries offer special activities on this day, making it a fun adventure to visit multiple libraries and enjoy a variety of programs! Derby Neck Library will be offering activities and refreshments all day (we’re open from 1:00 – 5:00), and all in-person attendees may enter a raffle for cool prizes!
