Third annual White Hills Christian Music Festival at St. Jude Parish in Monroe. Food will be available for purchase from The Coop food truck (thecoopeats.com) and Addeo’s Fire & Ice (addeomind.com) italian ice will be sold beginning at 5 pm. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will begin at 5 pm and continue through the end of the concert. What is Adoration? Vendors offering a range of products from books to artwork to jewelry and rosaries will be on site, including CB Jewelry (cbjewelryfaith.com), Designs by Debbie (facebook.com/share/1BrgzJhdYZ?mixbextid=wwXlfr), eViaCordis Catholic Sacred Art (eviacordis.com), author and illustrator Meghan Bausch, ShaBLOOMS (shablooms.etsy.com), and Thomas Baldwin Photography. The concert begins at 6:30 pm featuring Father Regan & Father Kachuba, a priest-led music ministry from the Diocese of Bridgeport; Dana Catherine, a singer/songwriter, speaker, and former youth minister from North Carolina (danacatherinemusic.com); and Simon Dumas, a Gibraltar-born, Nashville-based singer and songwriter (simondumasmusic.com). Festival shirts can be bought at a discount before the event or full-price at the festival. A great way to kick off the Labor Day weekend with family fun, food, shopping, music and worship!
