| Details | Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South-Central Connecticut are partnering to increase access to care and prevent disease among our senior community through a series of health screenings and healthy living education sessions on the 4th Thursday of each month. Periodically, this program will deliver nutritiously balanced and delicious foods for you to enjoy. Topic: Are you Stroke Aware? A discussion with Morgan D’Amore RN, SCRN, Stroke Coordinator at Griffin Health on the importance of Brain Health, the Signs & Symptoms, Risk Factors and different types of Strokes.
