Seymour Library welcomes Kevin Johnson from the Connecticut State Library History and Genealogy Unit. He will present the life of Pvt. William Webb of the Twenty-Ninth (Colored) Regiment, Connecticut. Mr. Johnson will recount Pvt. Webb's early life in Hartford, his recruitment and training and the traumatic final battles of the Civil War he took part in.
